We had a pergola built over the sliding glass door in the back of the house. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. The guys who built the pergola were efficient, polite and respectful of property. Very happy with the materials used and the end product. The whole project was completed within a few days.

Great experience from start to finish. They weren’t the cheapest option, but they also weren’t the most expensive, and I feel like the quality and overall experience made the price well worth it.

The sales process was smooth and straightforward, with no unnecessary pressure. They also offered 12-month interest-free financing through a reputable bank, which was a nice option to have.

Installation went just as smoothly. The crew did a great job, and the new windows look fantastic. We’ve also noticed a definite improvement in the insulation and overall comfort of the house.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with the purchase and installation. Great product, smooth process, and excellent results.

A+++ experience. Would definitely recommend!

The salesman for Great American exteriors came out and did a good job walking us through what our options were and what everything would look like and how it would get done. They were more expensive than other bids, but we felt they would do a better job based off of picture of their past projects. Due to their backlog of work we had to wait around 5 or 6 weeks for our project to start. There was some confusion between what we had ordered with the salesman, and what the workers were going to do. That was cleaned up quickly. Of the three projects we had done, all were completed quickly, professionally, and met our expectations. I will use Great American again for exterior projects.

Very good and courteous customer experiences (sales and measurements) prior to installation.
One day removal and new installation of seven windows and sliding patio door. Handled by friendly, experienced employees who treated our home and yard with great care and cleanliness.

The work done was outstanding. The carpenter Tom was very detailed in the work he did and the deck and porch I know have are better than when the house was originally built.
The only problem I had was communication with office people.

Repaired damage from tree falling on house. Had a few hiccups along the way, but owner Sam was very responsive and took care of them as soon as I made him aware.
